Speak Your Mind creates uplifting spaces in nature where people move, connect, and support each other, fostering deep community, personal growth, and mental well-being through shared experiences.
Our Vision:
Speak Your Mind is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to building a global community that supports mental well-being for all. Our founder, Mario Spano, has faced depression and suicidal thoughts firsthand and understands the power of connection in healing.
Our vision is a world where everyone—regardless of background—has a safe, affordable, and uplifting space to connect, be themselves, and prioritize their mental wellness.
We are currently creating internal revenue and donations to support phase one of our growth. We will generate $172,000 to support 50 groups across the country, bring in important people to run the organization, and continue our mission to change the world. We have seen immense growth in the past year, but are still just getting started!
